This will be held at 6:30 before the normal club meeting.

All section members are invited to attend the AGM, come hear how we have done this year, where we stand going forward and find out who will help shape the section by serving on the committee. The annual report is available for downloading and questions and feedback on how we could improve are always welcome.

We also need to vote on who will fill the follow roles on the committee;

Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, Meetings Organiser, Trips Coordinator, Events Organiser, Social Media & Website, Gear Hire, Hut Maintenance, Crag Maintenance, Library, Instruction
